I missed some days.. .not quite sure what I did 😂 BUT I am organised! And so I have completed Day 1 yoga with Adrienne and had a walk round town. Exercise!
As someone that has been struggling with excess weight for 27 years and as someone that starts a diet every Monday I think it's time for action! Of the blog variety! I'll be using this to record my progress and remind myself how far I've come (hopefully)! The title came from a crazy thought that if there happened to be a zombie apocalypse, in my current state of fitness I would be fodder, quite a fatty meal, but zombie grub nonetheless.
