It's been a difficult one today and the only exercise I've managed to get in is a couple hours walking around birmingham. My abs are feeling it and my legs feel so heavy today that I've missed my yoga day. But going by what physio told me earlier in the year sometimes you need to know when to rest and not beat yourself up about it!
As someone that has been struggling with excess weight for 27 years and as someone that starts a diet every Monday I think it's time for action! Of the blog variety! I'll be using this to record my progress and remind myself how far I've come (hopefully)! The title came from a crazy thought that if there happened to be a zombie apocalypse, in my current state of fitness I would be fodder, quite a fatty meal, but zombie grub nonetheless.
