So I currently weigh 103kg and am a size 18, at the height of 174cm (5ft8) my BMI is classed as obese. Time to get to work then! I hope to achieve a healthy 60kg. I don't have a time frame as of yet because I don't know what to expect or how fast the weight will come off. I'm trying to go from no exercise and a chip based diet to healthy eating and exercise one step at a time! Guess its time to post that current photo of me so I can compare later in the year (fingers crossed).
As someone that has been struggling with excess weight for 27 years and as someone that starts a diet every Monday I think it's time for action! Of the blog variety! I'll be using this to record my progress and remind myself how far I've come (hopefully)! The title came from a crazy thought that if there happened to be a zombie apocalypse, in my current state of fitness I would be fodder, quite a fatty meal, but zombie grub nonetheless.
